Add finely ground espresso coffee into the filter basket, leveling it off without pressing down too hard

Assemble the Moka Pot, ensuring a tight fit between the top and bottom chambers

Place the Moka Pot on a stovetop burner set to medium heat

Wait patiently as the coffee slowly percolates into the top chamber

This should take about 5-7 minutes

Keep an eye on the process, and as soon as you hear a gurgling sound, remove it from the heat source

This indicates that the brewing process is complete

Yukhoe Sushi



Yukhoe sushi is a fusion dish that combines the flavors of traditional Korean yukhoe (raw beef steak tartare) with the concept of Japanese sushi. The raw beef is marinated with pear, sesame oil, pine nuts, and garlic, then rolled into sushi with nori seaweed and rice.

Ingredients:

  • 200g raw beef steak, finely chopped
  • 1 pear, peeled and grated

Blueberry Lemon Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions:

Greek yogurt and honey should be mixed together well in a bowl

Put a spoonful of the yogurt mixture in the bottom of each serving glass

You can put blueberries on top of the yogurt

Lemon zest should be put on top of the blueberries

Do this again and again until the glasses are almost full

Add one last layer of yogurt and a drizzle of honey to finish

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Raspberries and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

Put ice in a shaker and add vodka, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup

Make sure to shake it well until it's cold

Pour the mixture through a strainer into popsicle molds

Put lemon slices and raspberries on top of each mold to make it look nice

Freeze until solid, which usually takes 4 to 6 hours
