Prosciutto Croissant Sandwich



A delightful breakfast sandwich featuring the savory flavors of prosciutto and Swiss cheese, complemented by a perfectly fried egg, all nestled within a buttery croissant.

Ingredients:

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh arugula optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Place the croissants on a baking sheet and cut them in half across the middle

Put two slices of prosciutto and two slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom of each half of the croissant

Put the croissants in the oven and toast them for five minutes, or until the cheese melts

Prepare the eggs by cooking them in butter over medium-low heat for about 34 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny

Add pepper and salt

On top of each bottom croissant, put a fried egg

You can put fresh arugula on top of each sandwich if you want to

The top halves of the croissants should go on top of the sandwiches

Serve right away and enjoy!

MWM - Meatloaf Burgers



These Meatloaf Burgers taste like traditional meatloaf but are easier to make because they are burgers. They taste great and are juicy, so they'll be great at your next cookout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and cheese for toppings

Instructions:

Put the onion, green bell pepper, celery, garlic, ketchup, barbecue sauce, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme in a large bowl

Add the ground beef and pork

Mix everything together well

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat

Use oil to grease the grill grates or griddle so food doesn't stick

The burger patties should be cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

You can also use a griddle or a skillet on the stove to cook them

Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown

Put lettuce, tomato, and cheese on the bottom half of each bun to make your Meatloaf Burgers

Put a cooked burger patty on top, and if you want, add more ketchup or barbecue sauce

The last step is to put the top half of the bun on top of the burger's ingredients

Meyer Lemon Margarita with Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup



This cocktail is a refreshing take on the classic margarita. It combines the sourness of Meyer lemons with the light herbal notes of simple syrup infused with rosemary, making a delicious drink that's great for any event.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • 0
  • 5 oz rosemary infused simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Rosemary sprig and Meyer lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:

Mix tequila, Meyer lemon juice, and simple syrup with rosemary in a shaker

Put in ice cubes and shake it well

Strain the drink into an ice-filled glass

Put a rosemary sprig and a Meyer lemon slice on top to look nice

Fig & Maple Roasted Butternut Squash with Quinoa, Apple, and Fig Stuffing



This dish is delicious and good for you. It has the nutty goodness of quinoa, the natural sweetness of maple-roasted butternut squash, and the fruity flavors of figs and apples. This stuffing is a great way to give your meals a burst of fall flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups butternut squash, diced
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Fry the butternut squash in a bowl with maple syrup, salt, and pepper

Add the olive oil and toss it all together

Place the butternut squash on a baking sheet and cover it with the sauce

Roast it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden and soft

Use cold water to rinse the quinoa

Follow the directions on the package to cook the quinoa

Cooked quinoa, roasted butternut squash, chopped figs, diced apple, and chopped walnuts should all be put in a large bowl together

If you want, you can add salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together well by tossing

Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley

Agurk Salat



Agurk Salat is a traditional Danish pickled cucumber salad, perfect for adding a tangy crunch to sandwiches, salads, or served as a side dish. This vegan version offers the same delicious flavors without the need for animal products.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions:

Apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black peppercorns, and mustard seeds should all be mixed together in a saucepan

Over medium heat, bring to a simmer and stir until the salt and sugar are gone

Take the brine off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature

Slice the onions and cucumbers and put them in a large, clean jar or container

Fill the cucumbers and onions up all the way to the top with the cooled brine

Put the jar or container in the fridge for at least 24 hours before serving with a tight lid

You can keep Agurk Salat in the fridge for up to two weeks

Pimento Cheese Dogs Burger



This Pimento Cheese Dogs Burger combines the flavors of a classic burger and a hot dog with the creamy goodness of pimento cheese. It's a delicious twist on a summer favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1/2 cup pimento cheese spread
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeos
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for grilling

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Shape the ground beef into four burger patties that are all the same size

Add salt and pepper to each patty

Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

Fire up the grill and cook the hot dogs until they are hot all the way through and have nice grill marks

Put a big dollop of pimento cheese on top of each burger patty to melt in the last minute of grilling

For a minute or two, toast the hot dog buns on the grill until they get a little brown

To make the burgers, put a tomato slice and a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun

Place the burger patty with pimento cheese on top of the tomato

Then, put a grilled hot dog on top of each patty

On top of the hot dogs, put diced jalapeos and red onions

Add the other half of the bun on top, and if you need to, use a toothpick to hold it in place

You can enjoy your Pimento Cheese Dogs Burger while it's still hot

Bacon Brussels Sprouts Gratin



This Bacon Brussels Sprouts Gratin is a delightful side dish that combines the smoky flavor of bacon with the nutty taste of Brussels sprouts, all topped with a cheesy and crispy breadcrumb crust. It's a perfect addition to your holiday table or any special dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C

Cook the chopped bacon over medium heat in a large ovenproof skillet until crispy

Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon bits and place them on a plate covered with paper towels

Add the minced garlic to the same skillet with the bacon fat and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant

After adding the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and seasoning them with salt and pepper, saut them for five to seven minutes, or until they begin to brown and soften

After pouring the heavy cream over the Brussels sprouts, mix them well

Simmer for a few minutes, or until it becomes slightly thicker

Evenly distribute the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the cream mixture and Brussels sprouts

The breadcrumbs and crispy bacon bits should be combined in a small bowl

Drizzle this mixture over the Brussels sprouts that have been covered in cheese

After transferring the skillet to the preheated oven, bake it for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are soft and the top is golden brown

Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes
