Ingredients:
- 2 croissants
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh arugula optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Place the croissants on a baking sheet and cut them in half across the middle
Put two slices of prosciutto and two slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom of each half of the croissant
Put the croissants in the oven and toast them for five minutes, or until the cheese melts
Prepare the eggs by cooking them in butter over medium-low heat for about 34 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny
Add pepper and salt
On top of each bottom croissant, put a fried egg
You can put fresh arugula on top of each sandwich if you want to
The top halves of the croissants should go on top of the sandwiches
Serve right away and enjoy!
