Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Gruyre cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
Start by greasing the silicone molds of your Instant Pot egg bite tray with non-stick cooking spray
In a blender, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, Gruyre cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, chopped spinach, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
Blend the mixture until it's smooth and well combined
Pour the mixture into each greased mold, filling them about 2/3 full
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside
Carefully place the filled egg bite tray on top of the trivet
Close the Instant Pot lid and set the steam release valve to 'Sealing'
Select the 'Pressure Cook' or 'Manual' setting and set the timer for 8 minutes at high pressure
Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, and then manually release any remaining pressure by turning the steam release valve to 'Venting'
Carefully remove the egg bites from the Instant Pot and let them cool for a few minutes before removing them from the molds
Serve the Starbucks-inspired Instant Pot egg bites warm and enjoy!
