Prosciutto Croissant Sandwich



A delightful breakfast sandwich featuring the savory flavors of prosciutto and Swiss cheese, complemented by a perfectly fried egg, all nestled within a buttery croissant.

Ingredients:

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh arugula optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Place the croissants on a baking sheet and cut them in half across the middle

Put two slices of prosciutto and two slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom of each half of the croissant

Put the croissants in the oven and toast them for five minutes, or until the cheese melts

Prepare the eggs by cooking them in butter over medium-low heat for about 34 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny

Add pepper and salt

On top of each bottom croissant, put a fried egg

You can put fresh arugula on top of each sandwich if you want to

The top halves of the croissants should go on top of the sandwiches

Serve right away and enjoy!

MWM - Meatloaf Burgers



These Meatloaf Burgers taste like traditional meatloaf but are easier to make because they are burgers. They taste great and are juicy, so they'll be great at your next cookout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and cheese for toppings

Instructions:

Put the onion, green bell pepper, celery, garlic, ketchup, barbecue sauce, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme in a large bowl

Add the ground beef and pork

Mix everything together well

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat

Use oil to grease the grill grates or griddle so food doesn't stick

The burger patties should be cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

You can also use a griddle or a skillet on the stove to cook them

Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown

Put lettuce, tomato, and cheese on the bottom half of each bun to make your Meatloaf Burgers

Put a cooked burger patty on top, and if you want, add more ketchup or barbecue sauce

The last step is to put the top half of the bun on top of the burger's ingredients

Meyer Lemon Margarita with Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup



This cocktail is a refreshing take on the classic margarita. It combines the sourness of Meyer lemons with the light herbal notes of simple syrup infused with rosemary, making a delicious drink that's great for any event.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • 0
  • 5 oz rosemary infused simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Rosemary sprig and Meyer lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:

Mix tequila, Meyer lemon juice, and simple syrup with rosemary in a shaker

Put in ice cubes and shake it well

Strain the drink into an ice-filled glass

Put a rosemary sprig and a Meyer lemon slice on top to look nice
